What is Evolutionary Spirituality?
Evolutionary spirituality is the process of awakening to one’s highest potential within the manifest form of existence. The degree to which one awakens to their highest Self is the degree to which they will live an awakened life and make evolutionary changes. When enough people make these shifts in consciousness and begin to live life this way, the greater the potential will exist for life itself to evolve to greater depths and complexity. Awakening to one’s eternal, timeless, and formless nature makes it possible for one to make the most creative manifestations and to make a true impact within the structure of consciousness itself.
The goal itself is not change, but progress. Change happens regardless if we are conscious or unconscious of our reality. When we make conscious change from the level of our being that is enlightened, we will not only make positive change in our own lives and influence others around us, but we will make progress for the entire human race, and all sentient beings.
Another positive consequence of living a conscious and awakened life is a greater ability to create. There are many faces of creation, but when one creates something that is truly inspiritational and beautiful, it is as if God/Source itself is becoming manifest for all to percieve. There is nothing like looking at a beautiful painting or drawing, or listening to beautiful music which soothes the soul. Divinely guided art acts as a reflection of the Eternal Spirit to us, so that we may be reminded our true Self that resides within. That is why when one is in awe of a particular piece of art, that they feel a sense of completeness or bliss.
When one awakens to their true Self, which resides always within, they live life from a completely different perspective or lens than their egoic or limited small self. An enlightened person is able to make conscious free will decisions that will assist them in further evolution of Self and World. When one has not awaken to their higher Self, then they will continue to believe they have free will, but in reality they are simply operating from preconditioned patterns of the past.
The only way to make truly awakened free will choices is to be mindful of your thoughts, emotions/feelings, actions, and to clear away the karmic imprint of past, present and future. When one works with the self in this way, they will become the vehicle of God/Source within the manifest realm of existence.
